What inspires you
- Facts & Figures: You will ensure high-quality and punctual supplementary claims management and will be responsible for managing the processing of supplementary claims for construction and planning services. This includes the analysis and identification of potential supplements, detailed costing and the preparation and implementation of supplementary negotiations. This means that you are responsible for invoicing and preparing solid calculations.
- Details: In its day-to-day work, our professional supplementary services team relies on your accuracy, your knowledge of contracts and your knowledge of key legal principles. It goes without saying that you observe the quality standards of DB AG. You will demonstrate your commitment by further developing internal standards.
- People: Project work is teamwork. You are in contact with all project participants and work together to achieve the optimum.
What inspires us
- Qualifications: You can look back on many years of experience as a Supplementary Contract Manager (m/f/d), you are an Estimator (m/f/d), Site or Project Manager (m/f/d) or Fitter (m/f/d) and are looking for a new professional challenge.
- Skills: Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of calculating construction prices, supplementary contract management and VOB. Initiative, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial approach are a matter of course for you.
