The European rail network covers around 350,000 kilometres, 36,000 kilometres of which are in Germany alone. There is a lot to do! Our track layers repair and renew track systems for our customers, ensuring that our rail network remains functional and safe.

What Inspires You
- Tracks: On our construction projects, you will work on the railway network and carry out civil engineering and track construction work. This includes the inspection, maintenance and repair of track systems (e.g. rails, sleepers, track bed). You will take measurements, record supplementary services and be responsible for quality controls and daily construction reports.
- Teamwork: Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ballast cleaning and renewal as well as repair and renewal in conventional conversion and assembly line processes. You can count on your team – team spirit and cohesion are very important to us. As a foreman, you will lead your team with knowledge of human nature, passion and empathy.
- Machines: Are you fascinated by complex technology and track-laying machines? We are too and we are proud of our modern technology park.
