With over 20 apprenticeship programs that can develop into more than 130 different job opportunities, SPITZKE offers the broadest range of career perspectives. The SPITZKE CAMP is the perfect opportunity for students to get to know railway construction and their future training company.
During the fall holidays, from October 21 to October 25, 2024, interested students will have the chance to explore professions in the areas of track infrastructure, equipment/electrical engineering, and major projects/structural engineering as well as SPITZKE’s extensive technology park. This hands-on experience allows them to dive into the fascinating world of railway infrastructure.
At numerous career stations, students can test their skills with practical exercises, demonstrate their craftsmanship, and discover their dream job first-hand. One thing is clear: working among rails, sleepers, and ballasts has a lot to offer.
“Our first SPITZKE-CAMP, during the Easter holidays in 2024, was a really surprising success and exceeded all expectations,” says Christian Krippahl, HR Director at SPITZKE. “We see that there is a lot of interest in our exciting industry. With innovative formats like our SPITZKE CAMP and APPRENTICESHIP DAYS, we aim to create this enthusiasm and spark excitement for the many career opportunities at SPITZKE and within the entire railway system.”
