On Thursday (July 9, 2024), our apprentices and dual students once again gathered in Großbeeren at the personal invitation of Waldemar Münich, the CEO of SPITZKE. Our fourth “Apprentices Meet the CEO” event focused on personal exchanges and appreciation for our junior staff, who have distinguished themselves through exceptional commitment during their training.
Waldemar Münich, who is also the owner of SPITZKE, dedicated a lot of time to the young talents and their concerns. He provided insights into the responsibilities that come with his role as the CEO of SPITZKE, a company with more than 2,300 employees and shared his vision for the future development of SPITZKE. The 16 apprentices and dual students represent the many other young talents who are working diligently towards their future at SPITZKE.
SPITZKE recognized early on how important it is to work with young talent for the future viability of companies, especially in the rail infrastructure sector, where skilled professionals are rare. It makes it all the more gratifying that long-standing initiatives like the SPITKZE APPRENTICESHIP DAY, the dual study programs, and the new SPITZKE CAMP attract great interest among young people. More and more students are starting their professional careers at SPITZKE every year.
