On July 4, 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming participants from the workshop series “Qualification for the Railway Industry – New Formats in Personnel Marketing” to SPITZKE in the GVZ Berlin South.
The goal: to share knowledge, exchange experience and learn from each other when it comes to talent acquisition and HR marketing. “Because one thing is clear, the skilled worker situation in our industry is a common challenge that requires innovative approaches if we want to continue to inspire young people for the diverse professions in our field. We are therefore very pleased that we were able to present exciting formats and contribute our experience regarding our trainee events, such as the APPRENTICESHIP DAY and the SPITZKE-CAMP,” (both in German) says Christian Krippahl, Director of Human Resources, in reference to the lively exchange with colleagues from the industry.
SPITZKE CAMP was also the apprenticeship event which was the focus at the workshop. Accordingly, Head of Training Jan-Niklas Saurin presented the concept behind the SPITZKE CAMP to the 13 participants, including some from Deutsche Bahn and Berlin’s transport services. He was also available to answer numerous questions.
The workshop series is a joint event organized by Berlin Partner, the Brandenburg’s Economic Development Agency, and Cluster Transport, Mobility and Logistics, Berlin, Brandenburg. They regularly bring together successful players from the “rail-road related industry” to share their experiences, this time talent acquisition. SPITZKE is also a regular participant.
