Apprenticeship Day 2023
On February 18th, it’s time once again: SPITZKE will invite students and their parents to Apprenticeship Day at its headquarters at GVZ Berlin South. They can find out about the wide range of training opportunities at the railroad infrastructure company and help set a course for a professional future with excellent prospects.
The program for SPITZKE’s 5th Apprenticeship Day not only includes numerous career stations with practical training exercises, but also takes a look at track machines, job application training and a training check.
“An extensive training program is an important building block for SPITZKE in our efforts to secure the next generation of employees. We’ll work together with them to sustainably strengthen the future viability of the group,” says „ Christian Krippahl, SPITZKE SE’s HR Director in reference to Apprentice Day 2023. “However, it’s also important for us to offer young people secure career prospects to increase their curiosity for the railway industry and to support the regions the company calls home”.
SPITZKE has been very successful in training its own junior staff for years. We have a modern training centre, a program for dual students and our own ACADEMY FOR TRAINING AND FURHTER TRAINING. The company has been recognized as a TOP training company in recognition of our efforts. For instance, in the fall of 2022, 49 young people were able to start seamlessly at SPITZKE after completing their apprenticeships or dual studies.
