Would you like to gain exciting insights into the areas of track, electrical engineering and civil engineering, our track-laying machines and the Großbeeren site? Then the SPITZKE CAMP 2025 from October 20 to 24, 2025 is just right for you! Over three days, you can expect many different stations where you can test your manual skills and, for example, get a taste of the everyday working life of a track layer (m/f/d) or concrete & reinforced concrete worker (m/f/d).

Put your skills to the test with typical track construction work and, for example, replace sleepers, attach rails and change small irons.
From surveying equipment to track renewal trains: discover a wide variety of machines in our technology park and learn about their functions.
Our experts will guide you through our workshop. You will learn everything you need to know about the repair and maintenance of our machines.
Create your own paving area or give your creativity free rein and design your own individual path. We are excited!
Learn how to set up a construction project professionally by taking safety measures as a site manager and properly securing the construction site.
Teamwork is required here: work together with our track construction trainees to independently build a brickwork and raise it straight and evenly.
