The SSP 110 D ballast spreading and profiling machines form the required standard ballast profile in tracks and points. The machines fill, profile and sweep the track. They have brush shafts for all track systems.
Functional Characteristics
Automatic traverse restrictors of the side ploughs prevent the standard track clearance envelope from being exceeded
Rapid brush shaft replacement unit
Base vehicle for propulsion and power supply
Two end-to-end axes driving axes
Two vertically and horizontally adjustable side ploughs at the front section of the machine
With levelling plough unit for heaviest ballast jobs – consisting of two plough halves running in the direction of the track that can be lowered independently of one another
Sweeping system including one sweeping brush and a transverse conveyor belt for filling the holding compartments or conveying unneeded ballast to the transverse conveyor belt
Rotational speed of the brushing drive can be continuously adjusted up to max. 350 rpm
Removal of ballast between tracks and fastenings by means of two small fastening brushes located behind the front axis
