What you will learn during your apprenticeship
  • Variety: during your apprenticeship, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of office activities and constantly exchanging information with your colleagues. You’ll gain experience in the different departments and get a comprehensive insight into all areas.
  • Responsibility: from the very start, you’ll take on responsible, organisational and administrative tasks. You’ll plan and structure everyday office life, e.g. accounting, writing and checking invoices or posting incoming and outgoing items, obtaining data, creating statistics and reports.
  • Communication: for example, you’ll organise meetings, take phone calls, write emails or business letters and learn how to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Teamwork: our experienced SPITZKE training team will be by your side to support you with your various tasks.
You should become an office management assistant if you...
  • have completed secondary school or higher education, or are about to do so.
  • enjoyed maths and economics at school.
  • love planning and organisation and like working on a PC.
  • can demonstrate an open, communicative manner, a talent for organisation and a careful way of working.
  • approach new tasks with curiosity and motivation.
