What you'll learn during your apprenticeship
  • Mechanics/Electronics: during your 3.5-year apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician (m/f/nb) for track laying machinery, you’ll learn to manufacture and test mechanical, electrical and electronic components. Assembling complex control systems and programming and installing software are also part of this job.
  • Further training: once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you can take further training as a train driver (m/f/nb). You’ll also learn a little about this during your apprenticeship, such as how the machinery works.
  • Teamwork: our experienced SPITZKE training team will be by your side to support you with your various tasks. You’ll get to grips with work in the workshop and outside during our construction projects, where you’ll be able to put your theoretical knowledge to use.
