Dual studies in Civil Engineering

Are you interested in planning, calculating, executing and managing construction projects, but need more than a lecture hall? The dual study programme offers you the opportunity to combine theory and practice from the very start. Here you will acquire sound basic civil engineering skills and professional experience in the field.

Once you’ve completed your studies, there will be many different entry opportunities available to you. Do you like to be creative and communicative? Can you imagine organising construction processes well? Then construction management or work preparation/scheduling is probably the perfect job for you. You’ll be responsible for a wide variety of civil engineering construction projects and will coordinate complex projects for the entire group of companies. You can then become a construction and project manager (m/f/nb). If numbers, data and technology are your thing, then the job of a supplement manager (m/f/nb) or a estimator (m/f/nb) will be perfect for you. No matter where your strengths and interests lie, you will definitely find your ideal start at SPITZKE!

What you'll learn during a dual study programme
  • Variety: we collaborate with different universities to offer our civil engineering degree programme. Here you will focus on the areas of mathematics, mechanics, building construction, building physics and building materials science as well as the departments of construction project management, business administration and law.
  • Practical relevance: you’ll also get to know our closely networked company and be independently responsible for running various sub-projects as part of our own construction projects across Germany. With increasing experience, you’ll take on more and more responsibility in this area.
  • Perspective: ensuring your integration and further development after you have successfully completed your studies is a matter of course for us.
  • Teamwork: our experienced SPITZKE training team will be by your side to support you with your various tasks.
