Our production facility in Möllenhagen manufactures sophisticated products. As a fully trained precast concrete component maker (m/f/nb), you’ll be responsible for producing track sleepers, turnout sleepers and spun concrete masts.

What You will learn in the apprenticeship
  • Problem-solving: during your 3-year apprenticeship as a precast concrete component maker (m/f/nb), you’ll learn the tricks of the trade at our inter-company training centre. You’ll be able to put these into practice at our production facilities. Here you will practise correctly handling tools and machinery, in-depth work steps and your theoretical knowledge.
  • Concrete and steel: you’ll learn how to work with concrete under the guidance of your colleagues (m/f/nb). At our production facility in Möllenhagen, you’ll help to produce track sleepers, turnout sleepers and spun concrete masts and check that the manufacturing requirements for the corresponding product have been met.
  • Teamwork: the SPITZKE instructor team will support you with all your tasks.
You should become a concrete and reinforced concrete worker if you...
  • have completed secondary school or higher education, or are about to do so.
  • enjoyed technology, sports and geometry at school.
  • have good manual skills, an interest in technology and spatial imagination.
  • like to work in a team.
  • would rather work in the fresh air than in an office.
