In Möllenhagen, we run one of the largest plants in Europe for producing track and turnout sleepers and masts, and also have an on-site gravel works. We produce up to 1.2 million track sleepers and 180,000 turnout sleepers per year. With your help, we want to ensure that our production operations run smoothly. As a trained industrial mechanic (m/f/nb) in producing precast concrete parts, you’ll be responsible for testing, maintaining and servicing our technical systems.

What you'll learn during your apprenticeship
  • Technology: during your 3.5–year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/f/nb) in producing precast concrete parts, we will show you how to test, maintain and service our technical systems, e.g. find and fix faults.
  • Getting started: we’ll teach you metalwork using tools and machinery. You’ll produce individual device and machine components, install them in complex assemblies and check whether everything works as it should.
  • Challenge: you’ll be able to put your theoretical knowledge into practice in our production and factory halls.
