The term agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/​f/​nb) takes on a new meaning at our company. Our modern technical equipment ranges from rail road excavators to 200 m long track laying machinery. You’ll be responsible for carrying out the professional maintenance, upkeep and repair of our track laying machinery. As a specialist, you’ll learn in detail about our modern machinery, its design and working methods. If a wheel in the gearbox stops, it’ll be you who works out why.

What you'll learn during your apprenticeship
  • Machinery: during your 3.5-year apprenticeship as an agricultural and construction machinery mechatronics technician (m/​f/​nb), you will have to handle a lot of technology, electronics, pneumatics and hydraulics. Our modern technical equipment includes over 100 track laying machinery, locomotives and other rail vehicles, such as pile drivers. Once you’ve completed your apprenticeship, you’ll have full control over the assembly, commissioning and maintenance of this machinery.
  • Mechanics and electronics: you’ll learn how to test and measure device parts and assemblies. Fault diagnosis and repairing mechanical systems will also be part of your everyday working life.
  • Teamwork: you’ll apply your knowledge in our workshop and during projects on our construction sites. During your apprenticeship, our experienced SPITZKE training team will always be by your side to support you.
