The 2024/2025 Apprentice Year Has Begun
115 young people are now starting their professional careers at SPITZKE. For the apprentices and dual students, who have been part of the company group since this August, their time at SPITZKE begins with a special highlight. As is tradition, the new training year kicks off with two introductory weeks at the main site in the GVZ Berlin South. In addition to getting to know the various aspects of our company, exchanging ideas with management, tours of the company premises, and insights into the extensive SPITZKE technology park, the focus is primarily on teamwork. After all, the future SPITZKE specialists not only learn and study together, but they will also shape SPITZKE’s future together.
SPITZKE invests heavily in the training and development of its young talent. The recruitment of new talent is also specifically tailored to the relevant media channels and needs of the target group. The annual SPITZKE APPRENTICESHIP DAY continues to break visitor records each year. Since 2024, it has been held not only at the company group’s headquarters but also at other company locations. The dates for 2025 (all on Saturdays) have already been set: Möllenhagen (January 18), Kaltenkirchen (February 1), Naumburg (February 8), Großbeeren/GVZ Berlin South (February 15), Bochum (February 22), Erlensee (March 1), Leer (March 8), Buchloe (March 15). Once again, it will be time to “Open the doors and welcome everyone to SPITZKE.”
For now, however, we firstly welcome all new apprentices and dual students to the company group and look forward to developing rail-bound mobility together in the future.
