SPITZKE SE Named Best Training Company in 2024
In November 2024, SPITZKE SE was honored by the renowned business magazine Capital as one of the best training companies in Germany. In a comprehensive survey, which included more than 90 questions on apprenticeship quality, the railway infrastructure company achieved outstanding results. It received the highest rating of 5 stars in both the “Apprenticeship” and “Dual Study” categories. As a result, SPITZKE leads the rating as the best training company in Eastern Germany and holds a top position nationwide.
Top Ratings Across All Training Areas
The award is based on a detailed analysis of quality, training support, learning opportunities, marketing, as well as innovation and career prospects within the company. SPITZKE also impressed the magazine with its holistic development approach, with around 250 apprentices and dual students being trained and developed across 20 different professions. Highlighted offerings include the SPITZKE ACADEMY (SPITZKE-AKADEMIE), which provides targeted exam preparation and individual tutoring. “Our training strategy is based on a strong support system that helps apprentices orient themselves within the company and achieve their professional and personal goals,” explains Christian Krippahl, Director of HR at SPITZKE SE.
