What inspires you
- Facts & Figures: You will review tender documents, identify and evaluate opportunities and risks and create customized bid and order calculations for our construction projects.
- Planning: Your organizational talent is in demand! You draw up construction schedules and supplements. In doing so, you always coordinate with the construction/project management and ensure transparency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordination: Together with our purchasing department, you evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Details: You always maintain an overview of all processes. Service specifications, quantity and mass calculations, additional and reduced cost calculations and target/actual comparisons are always up to date.
- People: Project work is teamwork. You are in constant communication with all project participants and achieve the optimum together.
What inspires us
- Qualifications: You have a degree in engineering or have completed training in the rail or construction industry. You will impress us with your rail-specific knowledge. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the field of construction management and costing of DB AG projects.
- Competence: Initiative, analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial approach are a matter of course for you.
- Software: The common calculation and accounting programs are no challenge for you.
- Passion: You love figures and data, work accurately and conscientiously.
