What you'll learn during a dual study programme
  • Variety: to offer the dual study programme in Electrical Engineering, we collaborate with different universities depending on the specialisation. For the specialisation in traction power supply and control and safety technology, we partner with the bbw University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. For industrial electrical engineering, we partner with the Berlin School of Economics and Law. Here you’ll attend lectures and seminars and consolidate your theoretical knowledge. In addition to engineering basics, such as mathematics, electrical engineering, physics, materials science and construction, the focus will be on the specialisation you choose.
  • Practical relevance: because theory and practice go hand in hand at our company, you’ll become part of our closely networked team and take on responsibility while working on real projects. For example, you’ll be involved in our construction projects on site or in the engineering office when creating and editing overhead line plans.
  • Perspective: as offering you a position at our company after you have successfully completed studies is a matter of course for us, you will already be preparing for your future position with us during your final semesters.
  • Teamwork: our experienced SPITZKE training team will be by your side to support you with your various tasks.
You should do a dual degree in Electrical Engineering if you…
  • have successfully completed your university entrance qualifications, such as A-levels or a baccalaureate, or vocational training, or are about to do so.
  • have a keen interest in technology, especially electrical engineering and its planning.
  • approach new tasks reliably with curiosity and motivation.
  • are able to demonstrate your commitment, ambition and willpower.
  • have consciously decided to pursue a dual study programme and are looking forward to the experiences, challenges and insights you will gain.
