SLG SPITZKE LOGISTIK GmbH uses the “Smartron” electric locomotive for a variety of logistical tasks on railway construction sites and for all kinds of rail transportation in domestic German freight traffic. The performance parameters of the electric locomotive are precisely tailored to the needs of transport tasks. The manufacturer Siemens Mobility presented the Smartron in March 2018 for the German market. Its powerful components, tried and tested in the Vectron product family, guarantee high operational reliability and long-term reliability. The Smartron is the first electric locomotive in the SPITZKE technology park.
