Whether as a track-layer, mechatronics-technician, industrial clerk or “dual” (sandwich course) student – we accompany you with the next step you take. We offer you many interesting options for the optimum entry to a demanding task with SPITZKE. We focus on taking you on full-time after you have completed your training or further education.

You are ready for the next stage? Whether, for example, as a track-layer, machinist, locomotive driver or welder – our industrial-technical colleagues are skilled in their respective area and pitch in and tackle each task we set them. They complete complex construction projects, for example, Berlin’s Ostkreuz , the Wehrhahn tram in Düsseldorf or the modernisation of numerous ICE lines. We will continue to achieve great things in the future and count on trainees and new blood. If you decide for industrial training with SPITZKE, you will learn in our company’s own training centre and in situ on our construction sites. It is important for us that you acquire plenty of practical experience.

Of course, a lot also happens in the offices: Our colleagues in the various SPITZKE locations support our industrial-technical teams and work hand-in-hand with them. As a commercial trainee with us, you will be involved in all business management processes and will receive insights into the various areas – from the personnel department through to our financial accounting and our marketing team. We naturally also take you to our construction sites and show you what our colleagues do.

You would like to study? With us you can also study on a dual course of study in business administration/​industry, civil engineering/​construction or electrical engineering. As a “dual” student, SPITZKE offers you the option of applying the theoretical knowledge you have acquired in practice, to expand your knowledge and to try out the various aspects of professional life. You complete the diverse tasks and projects on your own responsibility and with the support of a mentor.
