The SPITZKE range of services is completed by our own production expertise, which produces and supplies sleepers and bearers made of prestressed concrete and spun concrete masts. Major projects with 4D planning and surveying, Denmark

In five phases up to the end of August this year, SPITZKE SE Danmark together with its JV partner Aarsleff Rail A/​S renewed the urban railway tracks on two major projects in the Danish towns of Valby-Svanemøllen and Kystbanen. The specialists on site were supported by SPITZKE track-laying machinery, welding, surveying and alignment, and logistics.

Comissioning of ABS Berlin-Dresden, Germany

Since 2016, the SPITZKE Group has deployed its entire range of services for the renewal of the railway infrastructure for the Berlin-Dresden line upgrade (ABS) project, North lot. Whether the track, equipment/​electrical engineering, structural engineering, logistics or production, the SPITZKE specialists with their JV partners Johann Bunte and Hentschke Bau will be kept busy with numerous additional and follow-up works until the line is put into service in December 2017.

Milestone reached on the Berlin Ostkreuz project, Germany

Following the start in 2011 and a large number of additional works and services, Berlin’s Ostkreuz junction is now scheduled to be put into service by the end of 2018 – approx. three years after the original completion date. During the last major (four-week) track possession, all those involved in the VP11 JV worked towards this milestone: putting into service the first electronic signal box on the urban rail level on 21 August.

Track renewal, Bruchsal-Weingarten, Germany

From June to September 2017, the specialists of SPITZKE LONGO GmbH with support from the Großbeeren Branch and SPITZKE track-laying machinery – at times working with complete line closure – modernised the track of the GMT 2017 project, Package 8, Lot 1 on the Bruchsal and Weingarten line.
